Oracle AI Agent Studio
Put AI inside the business process — not beside it.
Oracle AI Agent Studio lets you configure prebuilt agents, build custom ones, and orchestrate multi-agent workflows directly inside Fusion Applications. We help you decide which processes are ready for an agent, configure and extend it against your actual data, and put the governance around it before it touches a live transaction.
What Oracle AI Agent Studio does
AI Agent Studio is Oracle's framework for building, configuring, and orchestrating AI agents natively inside Fusion Applications — not a separate AI product bolted on the side. Agents can extend prebuilt Oracle configurations or be built from scratch, work individually or as part of a multi-agent workflow, and act on real Fusion business objects, connected to the ERP, SCM, and HCM processes already running there.
Where it earns its keep
Agents make the most sense on high-volume, well-defined decisions — invoice matching exceptions, requisition routing, case triage — where the rules are clear enough to automate but judgment calls still need a person. We help identify those processes instead of starting from "where can we use AI."
How an Agent Participates
A governed path from event to transaction
Every agent we configure follows the same basic shape — an event triggers it, it reasons over your data, and nothing posts to Fusion without the approval and audit trail your process requires.
01
Business Event
An order, an invoice exception, a requisition — something happens inside a Fusion process.
02
Agent
A configured or custom agent picks up the event, scoped to a specific Fusion business object.
03
Reason · Retrieve · Act
The agent retrieves relevant data, applies logic, and proposes or takes an action within its defined scope.
04
Human Approval
Configurable checkpoints route higher-risk actions to a person before anything posts.
05
Fusion Transaction
The approved action posts as a standard transaction inside Fusion Applications — not a side system.
06
Audit & Monitor
Every step is logged for observability, governance review, and after-the-fact audit.
A representative agentic flow — actual configuration depends on the business process and risk profile.
Configure & Extend
Build the agent your process actually needs
- Prebuilt agent configuration
- Custom AI agents
- Multi-agent workflows
- Agent orchestration
- Fusion business-object integration
Govern & Operate
What has to be true before it goes live
- Human approval workflows
- Agent testing & validation
- Security & governance
- Agent monitoring & observability
- Third-party system connectivity
Agents that need to reach outside Fusion — a shipping carrier, a bank file, a partner portal — rely on the same connections we design in Oracle Integration.
Our Approach
Agents that earn trust before they earn autonomy.
-
01
Identify Candidate Processes
Find the workflows with enough volume and clear enough rules to justify an agent — and flag the ones that don't.
-
02
Configure & Extend
Configure prebuilt agents or build custom ones and multi-agent workflows against your Fusion data.
-
03
Test & Govern
Validate agent behavior before go-live and set the approval thresholds and guardrails around it.
-
04
Deploy & Monitor
Put the agent into the live workflow with monitoring and an audit trail in place from day one.
